Beezview means the online software, its interfaces, modules, generated documents and related services. ARTIFIXIELL means the company that owns and publishes Beezview, subject to the role of technical and payment providers.

User means any person who accesses Beezview, whether as an administrator, member, observer, client or guest. Organization means the workspace in which projects, clients, members, documents, subscriptions and settings are managed.

These Terms define the rules applicable to access to and use of Beezview. They govern, in particular, accounts, roles, subscriptions, payments, quotas, content, security and liability.

By using Beezview, the user accepts these Terms for themselves or for the organization they represent. Additional policies may apply, including policies on privacy, cookies, refunds or payments.

Beezview is a SaaS application intended for freelancers, agencies, consultants, digital teams and organizations. It helps structure briefs, approvals, revisions, deliverables, payments, delays, risks, reports and post-delivery operations.

Beezview is designed to improve operational clarity, traceability, margin protection and client follow-up quality. The platform does not replace legal, accounting, tax, financial or contractual advice provided by a qualified professional.

The user must provide accurate, complete, current and non-misleading information when creating an account. The user must keep that information up to date to ensure proper operation of invitations, notifications, access and operations.

Any impersonation, unauthorized email address or deliberately false information may result in account suspension. The user remains responsible for the consequences of an error in the email address used, particularly for invitations.

Beezview allows users to create or join an organization and assign roles such as administrator, member or observer. Each role may provide different rights depending on the applicable plan and settings.

The administrator is responsible for inviting members, verifying email addresses and removing access that is no longer necessary. ARTIFIXIELL is not responsible for an invitation sent in error by an organization.

Access to Beezview may be free, limited, paid, subscription-based, subject to quotas or reserved for certain roles. Some features may be unavailable depending on the plan, the user’s rights or the subscription status.

ARTIFIXIELL may change, improve, restrict or suspend certain features for security, stability, compliance or maintenance reasons. Access also depends on third-party services such as hosting, authentication, email delivery and payments.

Beezview may offer several plans with different limits for projects, clients, members, invitations, exports and reports. Quotas are intended to preserve the balance of the service and prevent excessive use.

When a limit is reached, Beezview may block the relevant action, display an information message or propose an upgrade. Monthly quotas may be reset according to the rules provided in the application or in the applicable plan.

Payments for Beezview subscriptions or purchases may be processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record where this is indicated at checkout. In that case, the user purchases from Paddle, while Beezview is provided by ARTIFIXIELL as a software product.

Paddle may handle payment collection, billing, certain applicable taxes, payment compliance, eligible refunds, disputes and chargebacks. By paying through Paddle, the user also accepts Paddle’s terms applicable to the transaction.

After subscribing, the user may manage their subscription through the Paddle Customer Portal, including viewing payments, downloading invoices, updating the payment method or requesting cancellation. The link may be available in Paddle emails, on the Beezview Billing page or through an authenticated Paddle session; the portal domain is https://customer-portal.paddle.com/.

Authenticated Customer Portal links are customer-specific, temporary and generated by Paddle, including through the URL returned in urls.general.overview when a portal session is created. These links must not be cached, published or shared, because they are tied to a customer and a management session.

Prices may vary depending on the plan, billing period, currency, country, taxes, promotions or payment provider conditions. Taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle when Paddle acts as Merchant of Record.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the due date according to the available procedures. ARTIFIXIELL may modify prices, plans or features, with reasonable notice where the change is material.

The user may cancel their subscription from Beezview, the Paddle Customer Portal or available payment communications. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for a period already paid.

Refund requests related to Paddle may be subject to Paddle’s rules, time limits and procedures. ARTIFIXIELL may suspend access in the event of non-payment, fraud, abuse, breach of the Terms or risk to the platform.

The user must use Beezview for professional, lawful and fair purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The service must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, malicious content or content that infringes third-party rights.

It is prohibited to bypass limits, exploit a vulnerability, access another person’s data, use unauthorized scripts or disrupt the service. ARTIFIXIELL may suspend any account whose use creates a legal, technical, financial or reputational risk.

The user remains responsible for the data, files, texts, comments, decisions, documents and information they enter or import into Beezview. ARTIFIXIELL does not claim ownership of the user’s professional content.

The user authorizes ARTIFIXIELL to technically process this data in order to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service. The user warrants that they have the necessary rights, authorizations and legal bases to import and process the relevant data.

ARTIFIXIELL implements reasonable measures to protect accounts, data and operations carried out in Beezview. These measures may include authentication, organization separation, access controls, role-based restrictions and activity logs.

No online system can guarantee absolute security against intrusion, loss, corruption or unavailability. The user must protect their credentials, limit access and inform ARTIFIXIELL in the event of suspected compromise.

Use of Beezview may involve the processing of personal data relating to users, members, clients, contacts or project stakeholders. ARTIFIXIELL processes this data to provide the service, manage accounts, send necessary notifications and ensure security.

When the user imports third-party data, the user must ensure that the processing is lawful and that the individuals concerned are informed where necessary. A separate Privacy Policy may supplement these Terms.

Beezview may generate reports, certificates, exports, summaries and documents from data provided by the user. These documents are intended to assist with project documentation and operational follow-up.

Generated documents do not automatically constitute legal advice, conclusive evidence, an official invoice or a certified accounting record. The user must verify, correct and adapt them before any commercial, contractual or legal use.

Beezview, its name, interface, templates, workflows, texts, designs, databases, software components and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. ARTIFIXIELL retains all rights in Beezview, unless otherwise stated in writing.

The user receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to use Beezview according to their plan. Any copying, resale, mass extraction, reverse engineering, competitive duplication or unauthorized exploitation is prohibited.

ARTIFIXIELL strives to keep Beezview available, stable and performant, without guaranteeing permanent or error-free availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or reliance on a third-party provider.

The platform may evolve to improve features, correct errors, strengthen security or meet technical and regulatory obligations. ARTIFIXIELL may inform users of significant changes where reasonably possible.

Beezview may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment, storage, analytics or document generation. These services may have their own terms, policies and liability limitations.

ARTIFIXIELL does not always control interruptions, errors or changes originating from these providers. Where Paddle processes a payment, certain transaction, invoice, tax, refund or dispute information is governed by Paddle’s own systems and procedures.

To the extent permitted by law, ARTIFIXIELL is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, loss of data, reputational harm or commercial disputes with clients. Beezview is an organizational assistance tool and not a guarantee of success, profitability, payment or absence of disputes.

ARTIFIXIELL may be liable only for direct, certain and proven damage resulting from a fault attributable to it. Where permitted by law, such liability may be limited to the amount paid during the three months preceding the damage.

Beezview is provided with the objective of professional quality, but according to the features available at the time of use. ARTIFIXIELL does not warrant that the service will meet every specific need of each user or organization.

Calculations, reports, alerts and documents must be verified by the user, especially where they depend on data entered by the user. No exclusion limits warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

ARTIFIXIELL may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious or repeated breach, non-payment, fraud, security threat or abusive use. Such suspension may be immediate where the situation requires a rapid response.

The user may stop using Beezview and cancel their subscription according to the available procedures. Termination does not remove obligations that arose before its effective date, including payment, confidentiality and liability obligations.

The user is encouraged to export or back up important data before any deletion of an account, organization or subscription. Export features may depend on the plan, format, document type and applicable limits.

ARTIFIXIELL may delete, anonymize, archive or restrict certain data according to legal, technical, contractual or security obligations. Permanent deletion may be irreversible and must be confirmed with care.

ARTIFIXIELL may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the service, offers, law, security requirements or provider requirements. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-app notification or any other reasonable means.

Continued use of Beezview after the new Terms become effective constitutes acceptance. If the user refuses the new Terms, the user must stop using the service and cancel their subscription where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of the Congo, subject to applicable mandatory rules. This designation does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that may apply in their country of residence.

The parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any court proceedings. Disputes exclusively related to a payment or transaction processed by Paddle may need to follow Paddle’s procedures.

Beezview is a product of ARTIFIXIELL, a company governed by Congolese law and registered with the RCCM under number CG-BZV-01-2025-A10-00916. Any question relating to the Terms, data, access, invitations, documents or administrative requests may be addressed to ARTIFIXIELL.
